The breeze strength and direction remained the same 5 knot Westerly all day.

It was a pleasure to welcome Lawrie Hendrickson and his son Josh for their first outing on our lake, along with Mark Easton for his second event. It was great to have them join in and we do hope we'll see them again soon. 

Josh bought along with his DF95 so we set him a slightly shorter course, although certainly long enough so that he had to work hard at it.

Chris unfortunately had mechanical issues with his new boat so was forced out early, and Cliff also had a winch fault, so he swapped back to his skiff, 'Nugget' for the rest of the day.

1st Josh Hendrickson with 16 points

2nd Mark Easton with 18 points

3rd Lex Brockbank with 19 points

And with Lawrie Hendrickson finishing in 4th place, the new comers did extremely well!
