We welcomed Rob Mews who joined us this afternoon and Ross Ley kindly looked after the scoring and handicapping.

The wind was gusty and from the East as forecast, the fleet dressed in A Rig, even though you could have been convinced to sail in B Rig, the lulls would have slowed you too much. Plenty of 'Rudder waddling' as bows dipped regularly downwind.

Great to see Corrie pop down to watch proceedings, he should have his yacht up and running soon.

The handicapping resulted in a very close finish for the top 4 boats, 4 points covering the 4 positions.

Sadly Chris ran into electrical issues with his yacht and Rob had rigging issues which brought both their afternoons to an early close. 

With storm clouds gathering we decided 8 races would see our afternoon concluded.

Well done to our podium, Andrew followed by Ken and Lex.
